Social Media Information Overload

Following on from my posts about social media content curation I found an interesting article by Mark Carrigan from LSE called ‘A researcher’s survival guide to information overload and curation tools’. It helps to explain how tools like PinterestStorify and Scoop.it can be used to help manage, sort and catalogue online research materials. Utilising the tagging and comment features of these tools is crucial. The more sources you collect the more you will rely upon how you have organised them to find them later on.
